Function:

This machine used to auto make door.

The process is:

1.The first HDF gluing 

2.Cover the frame on the first HDF by manual

3.The second HDF gluing 

4.Cover the HDF on the frame by manual

5.Feeding in the roll press machine, after roll press,then unloading the door

Details：

1.Power heating conveyor 

2.PUR Gluing machine

Gluing roll is metal roll, diameter is Ø240mm 

3.Lamination conveyor,L=2500mm*2set （the first HDF wait on the left conveyor, and people cover the frame on the HDF,then cover the second HDF on the frame）

4.roll press

up roll is silicon roll,diameter is  Ø240mm

Down roll is metal roll,diameter is  Ø240mm

5.unload conveyor L=2500mm

6.control by PLC
