PE sheet production line

This production line is independently developed by our company based on the absorption of foreign technology, used for producing thin sheets and boards from materials that are precious due to their rarity. PET sheets have excellent processing, transparency, and barrier properties, as well as being non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, and easily recyclable. It is particularly ideal for instrument packaging, replacing PVC. The maximum effective width of the products is 2200mm. 

This production line can also produce PS, PP, PE sheets and boards. The unit is designed with superior performance, high automation, uniform plasticizing, stable extrusion, high output, and precision calender rollers with accurate adjustment devices to ensure the accurate shaping of sheets and boards; cutting is done using side and fixed-length cutting devices; an imported frequency converter and PLC touch screen control can be selected.
