Performance and Characteristics

The water-cooled strand granulation production line adopts extrusion strand granulation,which is a complete set of granulation equipment composed of parallel twin-screw extruders or single-screw extruders and corresponding granulation auxiliary machines.
With special screw design and different configurations,it is suitable for the recycling and color mixing granulation of various plastics such as PP,PE,PET,PS,ABS,PA,PVC,PC,POM,EVA,PMMA,etc.The reduction box is designed with high torque to achieve low noise and smooth operation.The screw and barrel have been specially treated on the surface,which has the characteristics of wear resistance,good mixing effect and high output.The design of vacuum exhaust or natural exhaust can remove moisture and waste during the production process,making the output more stable and the particles denser,ensuring the excellent quality of the product.
