Chrarcteristics:

● This production line is customized for CRRC and is mainly used for the production of fireproof interior materials such as high-speed rail wall panels and desktops.

● This production line is used to simultaneously apply decorative materials such as fireproof boards to both sides of boards such as density boards, multi-layer boards, and particle boards. 

● The functions of this production line include a gantry loading machine, a power conveyor, a double-sided dust removal machine, a water-based adhesive double-sided coating machine, a manual gluing station, a queuing belt conveyor, a through-type double-sided hot press, and an output belt conveyor, etc. 

● This production line is a veneer line for water-based adhesives or urea-formaldehyde adhesives, which can be manually sprayed or machine-rolled.
