Characteristics:

● Suitable for various board materials, such as decorative paper, paint paper, PVC, PET, and fancy paper.

● This machine has functions including material conveying, material heating, electrostatic dust removal, gluing, post-gluing heating, film lamination, post-lamination conveying, secondary hot and cold pressing, and finished product conveying.

● The production line is also equipped with high-configuration functions such as silicone rubber heating rollers, bottom roller cleaning, thickness gauge lifting, crane, film roll correction, and electromagnetic brakes.

● All upper pressure rollers adopt pneumatic lifting, which facilitates the adjustment of board thickness and ensures sufficient and consistent pressure from front to back, suitable for different thicknesses of surface materials and base materials.
