Characteristics:

●This production line is a multi-purpose flat-laminating production line, used for applying PVC film, decorative paper, PET moisture-proof film, PE protective film and other materials to the surface of substrates such as density board, multi-layer board, particle board, and solid wood ecological board.

●This production line includes an automatic feeding machine, power conveyor, high-configuration double-sided dust removal machine, PUR glue applicator (ordinary rubber), glue application heating conveyor, laminating machine, edge trimming system, waste recycling system, short-edge tracking cutting machine, power conveyor before stacking, and hydraulic lift platform.

●High level of automation, only 1-2 people are needed to operate the entire line.
