Characteristics:

●This production line is a multi-purpose veneer production line, used for applying PVC film, decorative paper, PET moisture-proof film, PE protective film and other decorative materials to the surface of density boards, multi-layer boards, particle boards, solid wood ecological boards and other boards.

●This production line includes a power conveyor, a high-configuration double-sided dust remover, water-based glue applicator A, water-based glue applicator B, a glue application heating conveyor, a flat laminator, a quick film changing device, a long edge trimming system, a waste recycling system, a short edge tracking cutting machine, a post-cutting debris removal conveyor, a secondary press, a stacking pre-acceleration conveyor, and an automatic stacker.

●High level of automation, the entire line can be operated by 1-2 people.
