Characteristics:

● Cold glue coating type, suitable for two-component oil-based adhesives, suitable for PVC coating of various lines on surfaces such as wood and fiber.

● The PVC film uses an air-expanding shaft clamping device, equipped with a PVC film roll correction system and an electromagnetic braking control system. Easy to operate, while the braking is stable, which helps to ensure high product quality.

● The PVC film roll uses a crane for loading, which is convenient to operate and reduces workload.

● After gluing, it is equipped with a drying box and a blower to promote solvent volatilization and blowing, while the heated hood cylinder lifting and lowering reduces the labor intensity of workers.

● The vertical rod is segmented and adjustable in width, which is convenient for quick adjustment when the line width changes.

● The vertical rod is increased in height, suitable for covering 250mm door frames.
