Features:

This machine uses a disc-type upper and lower cutting system, like scissors, making cutting easier and less affected by material toughness; it uses a full-length aluminum strip gas expansion shaft fixing method, with consistent expansion coefficient across the entire shaft, effectively improving product quality; pre-installed 20 blades, which can be arbitrarily combined to complete the cutting of an entire roll of material at once, greatly improving work efficiency. The machine is equipped with a stepless frequency conversion speed regulation system, which can adjust the cutting speed according to different materials. The stable knife holder structure prevents the blade from easily shifting during the cutting process, ensuring precise cutting dimensions and preventing burrs on the edges. The full-length anti-static bar effectively removes static electricity generated during production, ensuring the safety of personnel. The electromagnetic tensioning system can adjust the tension according to the size and thickness of the film, ensuring cutting quality. The film unwinding frame is equipped with side movement for convenient operation. It is very suitable for cutting PVC film, decorative paper, aluminum foil, etc.
