Characteristics:

This machine is suitable for various woodworking workpieces, irregular planar deformed warped boards for sanding, sanding out uniform and leak-free boards. The sandpaper grit can be changed according to the actual sanding requirements, realizing the free conversion of sanding and primer sanding. The machine adopts a modular design, and the rollers, disc brushes, cross rollers, and modules can be interchanged. According to the sanding requirements of different boards, customized combinations are available. Each module can be automatically raised and lowered, independently adjusted, digitally displayed, and operated precisely. It is equipped with upper and lower limit switches for safer and more reliable operation. The module inserts adopt a quick-disassembly structure for faster replacement. The user-friendly design greatly saves the time for replacing consumables. The conveying system uses a large-torque helical gear reducer with frequency conversion speed regulation to precisely control the sanding and polishing force. The conveyor belt uses a thickened wear-resistant diamond-shaped belt for a longer service life. It is equipped with an automatic centering function for smoother operation. The human-machine interaction touch screen makes operation more convenient.
