● It adopts a PLC control system, and the human-machine interface is easy to operate. The original machine has been preset with multiple functional modes and various parameters for selection. You can freely choose according to different types of PVC films. The multi-functional mode effectively solves problems such as PVC material rupture and incomplete linear lamination during the vacuum forming process.

● The human-machine interface system is equipped with a fault alarm function. That is, if a certain component fails or an abnormal phenomenon occurs during work, a warning message will automatically pop up on the operation interface, indicating that a certain component has failed. This allows for early inspection, avoiding unnecessary damage, ensuring safe work and being more user-friendly.

● It is equipped with a high-speed vacuum pump with a rated speed of 140 m³/h (optional) and an oversized vacuum tank. It can quickly reach the required pressure in a short time, with a fast pumping speed and strong suction force. It shortens the vacuum forming time and improves work efficiency.

● It is equipped with specially-made electric heating aluminum plates with double heating on the top and bottom, which can make the PVC film and the board heated on both sides, with more uniform heat radiation. It effectively improves the edge wrapping quality of the board and controls the deformation problem of the board; it is equipped with high-quality aluminum silicate insulation materials, which have excellent heat insulation and fireproofing properties and good heat preservation effect.
